Here are few on how you can get rid of this date but before that always do backup of your template so you can easily replace if issues occur, read this backup, restore and upload files on blogger after that let move on

 1. Sign in blogger and login to the blog you want to use

 2. Locate and click on themes, two feature will be display which is the "customize" and "edit html"

 3. Click on "edit html" and locate <head>, it always at the beginning of your HTML, check the image below
